DESCRIPTION:  \nThis year’s ballot contains two sections: award nominees\, and a survey. Both are important for the participation in the Guild’s membership to have a voice in the organizations business. \n  \nThe ballot also contains nominations for the induction of members into the Legacy Legends Hall of Fame. Nominations are made by any active Guild member and are determined by the vote of the membership during the annual general election.  The Legacy Legends Hall of Fame is the Guild’s highest recognition for those who have been exemplary models in their skills\, leadership\, service\, or achievements and have set high standards for others to aspire. The Roddy Award is the Guild’s highest award for outstanding achievement or service over a lengthy period of time. The Don Morton Outstanding Achievement Aware is the Guild’s highest award for exemplary achievement for a specific act over a specific period of time. This workshop emphasizes hands-on experiences…you will be able to actually do what the presentations are about! This year decorative techniques will be a main theme.   A Buy and Sell table will provide an opportunity to purchase items that are hard to find elsewhere. There will be plenty of social time to mingle\, meet old friends and make new ones\, vote for your favorite People’s Choice Award rod entry\, and hope that you will hold many raffle prize winning tickets! DESCRIPTION:  \n\nThe Custom Rod Builders Guild and St. Croix Rods\nNorth Central Regional Chapter\nAugust 7\,8\,9\, 2026\n \nThe North Central Region will be hosting an annual Get Together in Park Falls\, WI on August 7-9th\, 2026.  Come for a weekend packed with learning and fellowship! We have expanded this year’s class schedule to include a variety of topics from beginner to advanced levels.  A bonus event day is offered August 6th in partnership with St. Croix\, Build Your Own First Rod (BYOFR) class. This will be a full day class where participants will build their own St. Croix rod under the direction of experienced builders.  This is a great opportunity to get your fishing buddy who keeps admiring your custom fishing rod to build their own or plan to spend time with a family member creating a keepsake!\nIncluded with your registration fees: registration folder\, name tag\, water bottle with custom decal\, event journal\, Pot Luck dinner Aug 6\, St Croix behind the scenes shop tour\, access to the St Croix blank and component sale\, catered dinner Aug 7\, pizza lunch Aug 8\, catered dinner Aug 8\, and a vast array of classes being offered.  Blank sales are expected to take place on both Friday and Saturday dependent upon supply availability.\nYour confirmation will be emailed following your registration with dates\, times and links to the event locations.
