Opening sign in will start from 12 noon till 1:30 pm on Thursday, August 8.

A pre-event potluck dinner will occur at Smith Park at 5:00 pm at the Smith Lake Pavilion on Wednesday, 7 August. Please bring your drinks and a dish to pass. Plates, utensils, meat and buns and condiments will be provided.

The cost for the event is still $50 for adult members. Youth and spouse program participants are free.

St. Croix blanks available for 50:00, limit two per person.

The build your own St, Croix blank activity will be available again this year. This activity is open for the first 15 people to sign up on the registration form.

There will be a Ladies program this year, chaired Karen Ferguson. For any information you can contact Karen at gkferg123@gmail.com. Sign-up for this activity is included on the registration form found below.

There will be a Build Your Own First Rod class on Thursday. This activity is free for youth, ages 18 and below. Adults may attend for $50. This class includes the rod blank and components and everything needed for you to build your first rod.

The evening meals will take place at Smith Park at 6:00 pm on Thursday and Friday night. A pizza lunch will be provided at noon on Friday.

We are having our raffles as usual so bring your raffle items to donate for a great time, ( yes our raffle announcers are back) there will be a raffle for items that everyone has donated and another raffle for a rod wrapper. Also, a new award has been added: The Gary Nosek award for the most unique rod handle. The members will vote on the handle, which can be on a show rod or separate.
